This release outlines updates to the ProctorU Platform, Guardian Browser, and Guardian Extension. The work enhances the test-taker experience as well as expands integrations and reporting options for test owners. The release dates for these updates are between January 1 and March 31, 2025.

## PROCTORU ONLINE PROCTORING PLATFORM

### Scheduling

- **More Flexible Exam Scheduling:** When scheduling online proctoring appointments, test-takers can more easily view all available slots before and after their preferred time.

### Test-Taker Experience

- **Redesigned Countdown Timer:** For test-takers taking multiple online exams, the countdown timer in the ProctorU Platform more prominently displays the time remaining before the next scheduled exam and smoothly transitions the test-taker to the next exam in sequence.
- **Exam Lobby Improvements:** If a test-taker experiences an extended delay, a chat with our support team will automatically trigger.
- **Test It Out Improvements:** We added tips for test-takers with devices not meeting the minimum technical requirements for online testing. 

### LMS/Driver Integration

- **Dynamic Registration Support:** Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI)® Dynamic Registration is now available, enabling a faster and more automated integration between the ProctorU Platform and a defined set of LMS systems. 
- **Canvas LMS New Quiz Exams:** We have improved password injection for Canvas New Quiz exams.

### Reporting

- **Migration to Power BI:** We have transitioned ProctorU Platform customer reports from Tableau to the Microsoft® Power BI P platform. 

### GUARDIAN BROWSER

### Test-Taker Experience

- **Automatic Proctor Chat Visibility:** The integrated chat window now opens automatically and prominently when a proctor sends a message, improving communication with test-takers. 
- **Improved Mac Compatibility:** Mac users now receive a warning if they download an incompatible version of the Guardian Browser. 
- **Exam Launch Navigation:**  When launched, the Guardian Browser is now automatically brought to the foreground and maximized.

### Test-Taker Experience

- **Enhanced Screen-Sharing Reliability:** Automatic retry logic has been implemented to help ensure successful screen-sharing setup.
