Integration (Webhook, API, LMS)

• Appointment Time Zone Consistency: We have standardized the ProctorU Platform timestamps to provide UTC time zones for all webhooks. 
• LMS Wizard Efficiency: We’ve optimized the LMS Wizard so it loads more quickly, providing a smoother experience for administrators and instructors creating and managing exams within their LMS. 
  

Reporting

• Incident Report Printing: (fix) We made it quicker and easier for customers to print incident reports within the ProctorU Platform. 

Video Stream

• Obscured Video Feed: (fix) We resolved an issue where clients attempting to view live video on the Fulfillment page encountered a “Stream Currently Playing” message that obscured the video.

Guardian Browser 2.30.0

Test-Taker Experience

• Test-Taker Experience: We’ve enhanced the usability of the Guardian Browser home page to better guide test-takers to support resources. Additionally, we’ve made user experience improvements to the integrated chat window to improve accessibility and navigation.
