PROCTORU ONLINE PROCTORING PLATFORM

Archimedes 25.22.0

Test-Taker Experience

  • Clearer Network Speed Guidance: We’ve improved the system check experience to display required internet speed thresholds when issues are detected. Test-takers can now quickly understand and troubleshoot network performance problems.

Administrator Experience

  • Improved Visibility into Proctor-Terminated Sessions: We’ve introduced a new filter in the Incident Report Center to identify sessions ended by proctor intervention. Administrators and instructors can now quickly locate and review these cases, improving oversight and investigation efficiency.
  • Clearer Incident Documentation for Test Programs: We’ve enhanced incident reports to allow administrators and instructors to record internal notes directly within each incident. Teams can now document investigations more effectively, improving collaboration and auditability.
  • Enhanced Incident Outcome Tracking: We’ve introduced the ability to track institutional investigation outcomes directly within incident reports. This will help test programs maintain a complete audit trail of decisions.

Scheduling

  • Greater Control Over No-Show Policies: We’ve enhanced scheduling to allow no-show limits to be configured at the exam level. Test programs can now apply more precise policies by exam, helping enforce program rules and reduce administrative overhead.

MEAZURE EXAM PLATFORM

Test-Taker Experience

  • Expanded Automatic Refund Support: Automatic refunds now support enrollment key purchases. Test programs can now offer consistent refund experiences across more payment types, helping reduce manual processing and improve operational efficiency.

PROCTORU PLATFORM MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

The 2026 Maintenance Schedule is now available. We perform monthly maintenance on the ProctorU Platform, using the time to implement vital performance and stability updates. During the scheduled windows, the platform will be completely offline, meaning no one will be able to log in. You can review the maintenance schedule in our support center at any time.

Third-Party Maintenance (LMI Provider): Our third-party provider, LMI, performs regular maintenance to support platform performance and stability. During scheduled maintenance windows, the platform may be temporarily unavailable, and users will be unable to log in. Test programs and administrators can plan by reviewing the maintenance schedule in our support center, helping minimize disruptions to testing operations.
