PROCTORU ONLINE PROCTORING PLATFORM

Archimedes 26.04.0

Administrator Experience

  • Incident Report Center Notification Settings: Customers can now control which incident categories generate notifications and who receives them at the Institution, Department, and Exam Levels.
    • Set it once at the institution level. Baseline incident categories and notification recipients are configured centrally, so there's no need to repeat the same setup for every department and exam.
    • Departments and exams inherit Institution-level settings automatically, but can be easily customized to override the inherited categories and recipients for that specific context.
    • For further information on configuring incident notifications, review the support page.
  • API Enhancement for the V2  Record+ API: Permitted resources submitted through the Record+ V2 create-exam API are now reflected in the exam configuration in Archimedes. Reservations created for the exam inherit the permitted-resource settings, helping ensure test takers can access the resources intended for their exam.

Scheduling

  • Enhanced Scheduling Support for Institution-Pay Enrollments: Institution Instructors can now schedule a session on behalf of a test-taker enrolled through supported API and LMS/CMS integrations when using Institution Pay. This enhancement enables Institution Instructors to assist test-takers within their department with scheduling, providing a more streamlined and consistent registration experience. Instructors cannot view exams or test-takers outside their department.

MEAZURE EXAM PLATFORM

Administrator Experience

  • Custom Text can now be added in Spanish: Test programs that offer their exams in Spanish can now take advantage of Custom Text settings to provide greater customization to the test-taker interface in the  Meazure Exam Platform for Spanish-language test-takers.

PROCTORU PLATFORM MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

The 2026 Maintenance Schedule is now available. We perform monthly maintenance on the ProctorU Platform, using the time to implement vital performance and stability updates. During the scheduled windows, the platform will be completely offline, meaning no one will be able to log in. You can review the maintenance schedule in our support center at any time.

Third-Party Maintenance (LMI Provider): Our third-party provider, LMI, performs regular maintenance to support platform performance and stability. During scheduled maintenance windows, the platform may be temporarily unavailable, and users will be unable to log in. Test programs and administrators can plan by reviewing the maintenance schedule by accessing the support center, helping minimize disruptions to testing operations.
