PROCTORU ONLINE PROCTORING PLATFORM

Archimedes 26.03.0

Test-Taker Experience

  • Test it Out 2.0 Integration with Scheduling Eligibility: Test-takers who are required to pass Test it Out before scheduling their online proctored exam can now use Test it Out 2.0 ("TIO 2.0") if their institution is configured to use TIO 2.0, providing test-takers with clear advice on resolving issues in advance of exam day.
  • Guardian Browser Download Page Updates: Provides test-takers with clearer, step-by-step guidance so students know how to download, install, and relaunch Guardian before starting Test It Out or their exam.

Administrator Experience

  • Administrator Scheduling No Longer Requires Test-Taker Confirmation: Institution administrators can now complete scheduling on a test-taker's behalf without requiring the test-taker to confirm the reservation.
  • Report Export Enhancements: Beginning on August 9th, report exports will be delivered via a new My Downloads page (Reports → My Downloads) rather than emailed as CSV attachments. Session Activity, Cancellations, and Incident Report Center exports are stored securely in the cloud, and users receive an email with a link to a page where they can download their files for up to 30 days.

Scheduling

  • Floating Scheduling Policy: Extending the functionality introduced in the last release, Floating Scheduling can now be configured for an individual exam. Programs can define a rolling scheduling window for a specific exam while retaining the institution-level default for other exams.

GUARDIAN BROWSER

Guardian Browser 3.17.0

  • Guardian Browser Scheduling Context to Test it Out 2.0: When TIO 2.0 is required before scheduling, test takers will automatically be redirected to the same place in the scheduling flow to complete their booking after receiving a passing TIO 2.0 result.

MEAZURE EXAM PLATFORM

Administrator Experience

  • Updated Multiple-Choice Questions Stats Report: To align with psychometric best practices, the denominator used to calculate the percentage of test-takers who selected a particular response option has been updated. The formula now uses the total number of test-takers, rather than the number who responded to the question, as the denominator.

PROCTORU PLATFORM MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

The 2026 Maintenance Schedule is now available. We perform monthly maintenance on the ProctorU Platform, using the time to implement vital performance and stability updates. During the scheduled windows, the platform will be completely offline, meaning no one will be able to log in. You can review the maintenance schedule in our support center at any time.

Third-Party Maintenance (LMI Provider): Our third-party provider, LMI, performs regular maintenance to support platform performance and stability. During scheduled maintenance windows, the platform may be temporarily unavailable, and users will be unable to log in. Test programs and administrators can plan by reviewing the maintenance schedule by accessing the support center, helping minimize disruptions to testing operations.
