PROCTORU ONLINE PROCTORING PLATFORM

Archimedes 26.02.0

Test-Taker Experience

  • Streamlined Account Creation: Test-takers will no longer see the Phone Number field when setting up their user account, reducing confusion and the number of required fields during the account creation process.

Administrator Experience

  • Accommodation Expiration Dates: Administrators can now set an expiration date for each accommodation. Previously, Administrators had to remove accommodations from a test-taker’s profile. This new functionality will decrease the chance of mistakes and rework when managing test-taker accommodations.
  • Streamlined Account Creation: Administrators will no longer see the Phone Number field when setting up their user accounts, reducing confusion and speeding up the account creation process.

Scheduling

  • Floating Scheduling Policy: This release introduces a new Floating Scheduling configuration that allows institutions to define a rolling scheduling window for exam appointments. When enabled, candidates can only schedule or reschedule exams within a configurable number of days (for example, 90 days from the current date). Programs without Floating Scheduling enabled will continue using the existing fixed scheduling behavior.

MEAZURE EXAM PLATFORM

Test-Taker Experience

  • Streamlined Rescheduling for Incomplete Exams: Test-takers who attempt to launch their online proctored exams but are unable to complete can now acknowledge that their test appointment has passed and immediately schedule a new exam without requiring a new exam grant.

PROCTORU PLATFORM MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

The 2026 Maintenance Schedule is now available. We perform monthly maintenance on the ProctorU Platform, using the time to implement vital performance and stability updates. During the scheduled windows, the platform will be completely offline, meaning no one will be able to log in. You can review the maintenance schedule in our support center at any time.

Third-Party Maintenance (LMI Provider): Our third-party provider, LMI, performs regular maintenance to support platform performance and stability. During scheduled maintenance windows, the platform may be temporarily unavailable, and users will be unable to log in. Test programs and administrators can plan by reviewing the maintenance schedule by accessing the support center, helping minimize disruptions to testing operations.
