Scheduling
- Improved Time Zone Handling for Global Customers: We’ve updated our internal time zone libraries to better support regions that observe multiple time zones throughout the year, such as Ireland, London (UK), and Arizona (US). This enhancement ensures that scheduling and notifications consistently reflect the correct local time of the test-taker and customer users.
- Time Zone Alignment in Instructor Notifications: We updated the Notify on Schedule feature so that instructors now receive scheduling notification emails in their own time zone. With this update, notification emails now display times in the instructor’s local time zone.
Reporting
- Monthly Exam Insights Report Now Automated: The Exam Insights report is now automatically delivered to customer contacts on the 2nd of each month. If a customer has no reservations in a respective month, the PDF is not generated, but the email is still sent. This automation ensures timely delivery of insights and reduces manual effort.
Integration (Webhook, API, LMS)
- Flag Notes Now Accessible via API : We have enhanced the ProctorU API to allow integrated systems to retrieve a test taker’s Flag Notes directly through an API call. Flag Notes provide proctors with additional context about a test-taker, such as non-standard instructions or accommodations, and allowing the use of certain resources during an exam. With this update, administrators and instructors can now access the Flag Notes shared with the proctor on exam day.

- Items Report Now Supports Images in Comments: We have updated the Meazure Exam Platform to ensure that the Items Report can be successfully downloaded when images are included in item comments.
PROCTORU PLATFORM MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
The 2026 maintenance schedule is now available. We perform monthly maintenance on the ProctorU Platform, using the time to implement vital performance and stability updates. During the scheduled windows, the platform will be completely offline, meaning no one will be able to log in. You can review the maintenance schedule in our support center at any time.
